Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Image Lab ("AI Image Lab", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you access or use our website, applications, and services (the "Service").
1. Scope
This policy applies to information we process when you use the Service, including when you submit prompts, upload images, generate outputs, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Prompts and inputs. Text prompts and other parameters you submit to generate images.
- Uploads. Images or other files you upload for image-to-image generation (if enabled).
- Generated outputs. Images generated by the Service and associated metadata.
- Communications. Messages you send to us (e.g., support requests).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Basic request logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps, URLs) used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- Session data. Cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in (if accounts are enabled) and to protect the Service.
3. How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service. Process your requests, generate outputs, store results, and enable features like galleries and downloads.
- Security and abuse prevention. Detect and prevent fraud, misuse, and policy violations.
- Improve reliability. Debug issues, monitor performance, and maintain service quality.
- Legal compliance. Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Storage and retention
We may store prompts, uploads, outputs, and metadata to deliver the Service and support auditing and debugging. Retention periods may vary depending on operational needs and legal requirements. We may delete data when it is no longer needed, but we do not guarantee any specific retention schedule unless otherwise stated.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:
- Service providers. Infrastructure, hosting, or other vendors supporting the Service. They may only process data on our instructions.
- Legal and safety. If we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate suspected wrongdoing, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business changes. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to applicable law.
6. Third-party processing (image generation)
To generate images, we may transmit your prompt, parameters, and/or uploaded images to third-party compute providers. We design the Service to minimize unnecessary sharing, but generation requires processing by external systems. Where possible, we avoid exposing credentials to the client.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of stored data by contacting us. We may need to verify your request and may decline requests where permitted by law (e.g., where we must retain information for security or compliance).
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children. Do not use the Service to create, request, upload, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We have zero tolerance for CSAM and will cooperate with law enforcement.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above.
11. Contact
